The scene opens once again to the Fair Catch set, complete with two recliners. The DWF logo is in the background along the back wall. Bob Fairchild, in a DWF polo shirt and khakis, sits in one recliner just in front of the logo, leaving the other recliner still empty at this time.
HELLO everybody and welcome back to the Fair Catch set. I'm Bob Fairchild and we're less than 36 hours away from Shamrock Showdown, here in Savannah, Georgia. We're back for Part Two of the Fair Catch as we hype the matches going on LIVE on Internet Pay Per View.
Bob spins the recliner around as the DWF Logo slides to the side, revealing a screen. On the screen are Skype Video Windows, showing the faces of Heidi Thompson, Aidan Carlisle, James Edwards, Patrick Carson, Alice Quinn, Coral Rose, Nora Harris, Trixie, and Summer.
Back with us are nine members of our roster and thanks once again for being part of this. Let's get to the third question, shall we?
A few of the faces nod in agreement as Fairchild continues to look towards the screen as he asks the final question.
Part one of Question Three is for our two members of the Three Way Dance: Why will you be in the Main Event at TNT - The Show in Pensacola?
Honestly, because I'm probably luckier than the other two people. I mean, we're talking about my first ever match as a wrestler. I'm gonna need to be lucky, more than talented, to pull out this win. Hopefully something goes my way, hopefully I'm smart enough to find a weakness with one of them. Will I? ...Guess we'll find out. - PATRICK CARSON
Honestly, this question makes me giggle. Who in their right mind says they aren't going to win their match, especially one where the stakes are higher? Some might sweat that, I just look at it with incentive. Either way I will be making people stand up and notice. I turn heads with my eccentricity on a normal day, in a ring I am fire. I am completely unpredictable and that makes me dangerous. I may not have professional ring time, but I am not really a rookie in this. - ALICE QUINN
Bob nods as Alice finishes her statement.
Thank you, Patrick and Alice, we're looking forward to seeing you battle, along with Drake Parker, for that Main Event match, as part of Shamrock Showdown. We'll see you two on Friday Night.
The windows for Patrick and Alice both go dark as Bob looks up at the remaining seven roster members.
Part Two of Question Three is for seven of our qualifiers and it is simply this- Why will you be the next Defiant Champion?
Well I am the cutest competitor… Seriously though, I’m going to win this belt because nobody will see me coming. They don’t know what to expect from me and they will underestimate me, everyone always underestimates me. I mean how crazy would it be if some 18 year old kid came in and took the top belt out of a new company? It is unheard of and it will piss people off. I can’t wait to do it. I will be Defiant Champion because I want to. Simple as that. - HEIDI THOMPSON
At the risk of sounding a little full of myself... frankly I'm the biggest talent on the roster at the moment. I've wrestled against Kasey Summers in the past, and defeated her. I've been in the ring with James Edwards as well. I like the guy, but I know I can beat him. I know what I can accomplish, and I can absolutely accomplish this. I'm going to be the first Defiant Champion, and there's no one here that can stop me. - AIDAN CARLISLE
Because I don't expect to be. That means I'll bust my ass to do it. - JAMES EDWARDS
Because I know I have what it takes to become the champion. I will provide enough destruction to win it, and nobody will be able to stop m. - CORAL ROSE
Because I have not only the training and the tools, but the passion and the heart that it takes to succeed in this business. I don't know how to quit, and I have the resolve to work hard and follow through. - NORA HARRIS
Because I'm the hardest striker on the roster. Precision and accurate to a point I can knock out man or women with just one kick. I travel the world and learn at every stop compared to my roster members who remain rather national and limit themselves. I'm a Defiant world champion not a national one. The difference is clear and I will out do the rest of the roster, any and all to be the stand alone champion - TRIXIE
Honestly? I'm not completely sure I will be because there are people better than me in this thing. I mean... Aidan Carlisle is awesome. I've seen her in action in Boardwalk and I know what she brings to the table. But I also know how badly I want to prove I can hang, prove I can do this. So I'm gonna go all out. Also, can I wrestle in cleats? Is that allowed for the riverbank thing? Because it looks pretty muddy out there and I really don't wanna fall in accidentally but I guess we can talk about that later, huh? Sorry. - SUMMER
Bob smiles, stifling a laugh, as Summer finishes her statement.
Once again, I'd like to thank all of you for joining us and we will see all of you in Savannah as well.
The windows for the remaining seven go dark as Bob then turns back towards the front as the DWF Logo slides back in front of the screen.
The time for hype is now done. It's now time to just Shut up and Wrestle. We'll be seeing these all of these combatants and others in the ring less than 36 hours from now. We hope you will be a part of the show, either live in the stands at the Savannah Civic Center or on iPPV. I will be at ringside calling all the action and I know this - you will find out just exactly what it means to .... Be Defiant.... Until then, I'm Bob Fairchild, this has been the Fair Catch. We'll see you Friday Night at Shamrock Showdown!
The end shot shows Bob with a smile, looking at the camera then changing to the Shamrock Showdown Hype Video.
