“Keep you in the dark
You know they all, pretend
Keep you in the dark
And so it all, began”
As the bass hits, the lights come back on, as bright as they can. Damien is standing on the top of the ramp looking towards the sky. He soaks it all in, nods his head, and cracks a smile. "Making his way to the ring, weighing two hundred and nineteen pounds, from The Emerald City, He is The Son Of Seattle, DAMIEN MIIIIIIIRIIIIII!!!" Walking down the ramp, Damien begins high-fiving the outstretched hands of the fans. As he stands in front of the ring, he looks up and yells “I'M HOME!”. Walking along the outside of the ring, Damien gives high-fives to all the outstretched hands alongside the barricade. He makes his way quickly up the steps and onto the apron. He grabs onto the top rope and leaps over it, landing on both feet. Walking to the nearest turnbuckle, Damien jumps onto the middle rope and soaks it all in once more. Jumping off the middle ropes, he unzips his ring jacket. The music cuts, ending his entrance.Biography
Superstar Biography - As most wrestlers seem to have had it hard in their early life, or weren't financially stable, this wasn't the case for the 2nd generation star. The son of renown Seattle professional wrestling royalty Jane and Richard Miri, Damien had a lot to live up to early on in life. The pressure to become better than his parents pushed young Damien to carry his school to four straight high school state championships in amateur wrestling where he still holds the record for most falls. College was more of the same, as Damien led the Washington Huskies to 4 consecutive NCAA championship games. Although he failed to capture the trophies, he is still known as one of the best to ever wrestle for the University of Washington in the heavyweight division. To no one's surprise, Damien would occasionally professionally wrestle on the side whilst in college. This soon became a problem when the Olympic tryouts rolled around. Damien was a no brainer for team USA and was in suit to make the cuts and officially become a member of the United States Olympic team. However, during an independent wrestling show, Damien suffered a serious shoulder injury halting him from joining Team USA. His anger and self-resentment would be quickly turned into something positive as his father, Richard Miri began training Damien to become a full-time professional wrestler. Damien picked up everything faster than anyone normally did and with the help of his father, he sought out work in the independent scene. This opened up doors for the prodigy, as he began to wrestle all around the state of Washington. Sure, he wrestled independently around the country, but no other states felt like home. His obvious country-wide success brought much-anticipated eyes on the young man's body of work and he became a freelance wrestler.
