The controversial Renati Apparel Brand representative makes her way down the ramp and slides into the ring, slowly rising to her feet in the center. As the Sonata builds to a crescendo, she flips back her hood to reveal her platinum hair and odd red eyes, then leans back and spews out a mouthful of red mist into the air above her. Bob Fairchild: HELLO EVERYBODY AND WELCOME TO TNT!... We are LIVE at the Crown Coliseum here in Fayetteville and tonight, we crown the first Titan Champion!
Kamryn rolls her eyes at the bad pun and shakes her head.
Kamryn: 1 million comedians out of work and you’re doing stand up.
Bob Fairchild: Says the one who walks out here and asks the fans ‘ Do I Look Pretty?’
Kamryn: They deserve the Perfect Ten, not just a 9.95
Bob Fairchild: Just stick the landing, Kam.
Kamryn: Every night, Every time!
Kamryn gives a wink to the camera and Bob rolls his eyes.
Bob Fairchild: On that note, let’s get to the first match and Stephi Zucconi!
The camera switches to Stephi Zucconi standing in front of the Big Screen.
Stephi Zucconi: Tonight’s First Match is a Qualifying match for the Jack Rikar Memorial Cup. Per the request of the opponents, this match will be a Cage Match in which only pinfall or submission will count for a victory.
The crowd pops as the cage slowly lowers from the top of the coliseum. ‘Sounds of Madness’ plays as Tyler Borden pulling a small steel dumpster behind him. He walks over and glares at Stephi as she starts her announcement.
Stephi Zucconi: On his way to the ring, from Tempe, Arizona, weighing in at 275 pounds, he is ‘The Madness’ Tyler Borden!!!
The crowd boos loudly as he smirks at Stephi then walks down the aisle with dumpster in tow. He reaches in, and tosses a trash can into the ring, just before the cage is secured.
Bob Fairchild: No love lost between these two from many years back.
Kamryn: Borden was the catalyst for the removal of his opponent from the Cult. And with these two? It’s gonna be a Season of Violence.. All in one match
"Wherever I May Roam" by Metallica and the crowd pops as Borden looks at the Big Screen, motioning towards the ring.
Stephi Zucconi - And his opponent, from Norfolk, Virginia, weighing in at 261 pounds, the Hardcore Overlord… ARMAGEDDON!!!
The crowd pops as a lone figure walks along the catwalk. The spotlight shines up and the white face paint of Armageddon glows in a deep red as it reflects. Borden looks up as Armageddon then dodges to the left as a steel chair falls into the ring. Armageddon rappels down from the rafters and lands just beside of the chair
Bob Fairchild: Always one to make an entrance, Armageddon has arrived!!!
Kamryn: Kids, If your parents are squeamish at the sight of blood, guts, and gray matter, tell them to turn away for the remainder of the match.
The cage door closes and the bell rings. Armageddon and Borden charge each other. They exchange blows, until Armageddon gets the upper hand. He kicks Borden in the gut, and sends him headfirst into the steel cage. Borden's head bounces off, and he drops to one knee, holding his head. Armageddon grabs the trash can, and swings for Borden's head, but he rolls to the side, and Armageddon misses.
Bob Fairchild: A swing and a miss by Armageddon.
Borden jumps up, nailing Armageddon with a mafia kick, sending him to the mat. Borden grabs the trash can, and as Armageddon stands up, Borden nails him with the can. He climbs on Armageddon, and starts punching away. He gets off of Armageddon, and starts gloating to the crowd. He picks Armageddon up by the hair, but Armageddon hits a low blow, sending Borden down.
Kamryn: That won’t help Borden and Darkin have children.
Armageddon stomps on Borden's head. Armageddon lifts Borden up, irish whips him, and nails him with a standing high sidekick to the face. Armageddon grabs the chair, and wedges it in between the middle and top turnbuckle. He turns around, and is met with a spear from Borden, both of them going into the chair.
Bob Fairchild: What impact!
Armageddon goes down, clutching his ribs, and Borden holding his head. Armageddon starts pulling himself up with the ropes, still holding his ribs, but Borden kicks his head into the cage from his back. He picks Armageddon up, and throws him into the corner, chasing after him and nailing him with a body splash.
Kamryn: Borden’s working over Armageddon.
He places Armageddon on the top, climbs up, and nails an Impaler DDT off of the top turnbuckle. Borden grabs the chair. Armageddon is starting to slowly get up, as Borden waits. Armageddon gets to his feet, and turns around, met with a nasty chair shot to the head.
Bob Fairchild: I swear that sounded like a cannon went off.
Armageddon goes down, and starts to bleed, covering his white and black face paint with crimson. He smiles and licks his blood covered hand after he wipes his face. Borden turns around and gloats to the crowd again as Armageddon starts to pull himself to his feet. Borden goes to nail Armageddon again, but gets met with a spear, as Armageddon drives them both towards the cage door. They both nail the door going full speed, tumble through the ropes, and the door comes unhinged, and they both go falling outside, landing on the cage door, . The crowd goes insane, chanting "DWF! DWF!"
Kamryn: May the extreme announcer forgive me, but OH MY GOD!!!
They both lay motionless for a minute as the crowd watches Tabor check on both men. He holds up a fist in the air and the crowd pops as the match continues. Armageddon is the first to start moving, using the railing to help, clutching his ribs. Armageddon picks Borden up, and whips him into the steel dumpster, and Borden goes down, holding his back. Armageddon climbs into the dumpster, and starts throwing items out of it, as the crowd cheers.
Bob Fairchild: Time for some plundering!
Borden starts to get up, as Armageddon picks up a stop sign, and nails him in the head with it. Borden goes back down, bleeding profusely. Armageddon takes a second, and starts rubbing his ribs, trying to force the pain out. Borden starts to get up. Armageddon grabs him by the hair, goes to whip him into the railing, but Borden reverses it, sending Armageddon crashing into the railing instead. Armageddon goes down, clutching his ribs.
Kamryn: Say it Bobby.
Bob Fairchild: Here goes… They’ve used everything but the kitchen sink.
Borden picks up a stainless steel kitchen sink from the dumpster and the crowd pops.
Bob Fairchild: I feel so used.
Borden charges and body splashes Armageddon with it. Armageddon goes down again, holding his ribs, as Borden goes over to the announcers table, and starts clearing it off.
Kamryn: I think we might need to move!
He heads back over to Armageddon, grabbing him by his hair, pulling him towards the announcers table. He throws Armageddon on the table, hitting him in the ribs for good measure. Borden begins to climb the cage, but slips and falls, holding onto the top of the cage with one hand.
Bob Fairchild: Where is he going?!?
Kamryn: More like what was he going to do?!?
Armageddon groggily gets up, holding his ribs, and shakes the cage, causing Borden to hold on, trying not to fall off. Armageddon starts to climb the cage. Borden starts to pulls himself to the top then stands up on the top of the cage. He stomps and kicks at Armageddon but Armageddon grabs Borden's leg, pulling down on it hard, crotching him on the cage.
Bob Fairchild: Borden DEFINITELY won’t have any children now!
Armageddon climbs up next to him, and bounces Borden's head off of the cage. Armageddon slowly places Borden across his shoulders.
Kamryn: He’s NOT coming THIS WAY!!?!?!
Bob Fairchild: HE IS!!!
Kamryn: INCOMING!!!!
Bob Fairchild and Kamryn bail out but Armageddon executes a Death Valley Driver from the top of the cage and into the ring.. The crowd goes insane, chanting "DWF! DWF!" Both men are down then Armageddon drapes an arm across the chest of Borden, then slumps over Borden. Tabor Bolthausen makes the count…

Stephi Zucconi: Your winner, advancing on to the Bash, Armageddon!!!
EMT’s rush out to check on both men as the cage slowly rises to the top. Shoving the EMT’s away, Armageddon gets to his feet and grabs the bottom of the cage. He rises to the top of the arena as the cage rises. EMT’s help Borden to the back.
Kamryn: Always one for the dramatic. The guy has survived a flaming casket, compacted in a dumpster, AND is Married to Chandra Phoenix… So of course, holding onto a rising cage is no sweat for him.
Bob Fairchild: Death from Above, from the Top of the Cage no less and the Hardcore Overlord heads home for a chance at the Jack Rikar Cup! Let’s go backstage.
--- BACKSTAGE ---
New backstage interviewer Julie Crichton stands with Jana Rikar as she watches the cage lifting up on a television screen.
Julie Crichton: HEY! Thanks for putting in the good word, Jana.
Jana Rikar: You’re my assistant and my friend, plus I got pull with the Boss.. wait.. I’m the Boss.
The two laugh for a moment then Jana puts on a serious face.
Jana Rikar: Ok, let’s do this.
Julie Crichton: Right… Ok,. I’m standing with the Boss, Jana Rikar. How does it feel to have your step-dad in a match going after a trophy that has your dad’s name on it?
Jana Rikar: Todd, I mean Armageddon, knows how much he means to me, and he also knows how much my Dad means to me. He traveled with my Dad, He fought with and against my Dad. I’m proud of them both and it’ll be fun to watch him at home to see if he can win.
Julie Crichton: With Armageddon now in, that puts five in the Match. Do you expect more?
Jana looks at Julie and smiles.
Jana RIkar: I expect people to Be Defiant.
Jana walks off as Julie nods slowly.
--- RINGSIDE---
The camera pans around the ring, showing Kenzi Gray and Thaddius Duke at ringside then pans back to Bob and Kamryn at Ringside.
Bob Fairchild: The stars are out tonight here in Fayetteville to see just who will be Titan Champion.
Kamryn: You have to think that Rayder, Drew and Raven are hoping that Riddle or Lacklan last to the end.
Bob Fairchild: The two legends look to be in a good spot as well, though what condition will they be in and can they make it to the end.
Kamryn: Ironside has to be hoping the first two just slug it out and pick up the scraps
Bob Fairchild: and Quinn RIvers is hoping the middle is going to put her on top.
Kamryn: It’s about that time. Bobby.
Bob Fairchild: Shut up and Wrestle?
Kamryn: That’s so 2016, it’s Shit Up and Grapple!
Bob Fairchild: Let’s go to ringside….
Guitars riff and scream into the air as the lights go out in the Crown Coliseum. A red spotlight shines down on the top of the ramp as The Moonlight Sonata begins to play and illuminated Sarah Selena Lacklan dressed in a hooded robe.
Bob Fairchild: Let’s keep it here.
She cackles with laughter as her music fades and she is handed a microphone.
Lacklan: ‘Sup, Fang Gang!
The Caroliners give her a mixed reaction. Sarah’s social media and vlog antics were polarizing.
Lacklan: I just wanted to take a moment here to speak about defiance and titans. See, when Jana first announced the Titan title, title to be defended at every show, a title which demands endurance, consistency, and commitment, I KNEW that I must be the champion. I KNEW that I, and I alone, could personify what the Titan title conveyed. Such is why I was the first name to enter this match, such is why I was the first to place their reputation and stock on the line. And while it certainly took some...agitation...this match was filled. Because of me. Because of my fire.
She pauses to look over the crowd.
Lacklan: And I am out here first so that I can not only win the championship but to prove, without doubt, who was worthy of that championship. I will not allow the last person to win simply because they were lucky with their draw! I will not allow the first Titan champion to be the winner of lucky and circumstance. Now, there shall be a champion with referring, a champion worth watching. And, thanks to me, thanks to my ability to get eyeballs and attention, you will have it.
Sarah points up the ramp and to the back.
Lacklan: I will go through each and every one of the people back there! I will defeat them all, one after another, and leave no doubt of my skill or calibre. And there is no one in this company, or even this very BUSINESS, who can stop me. So come, my first victim. Come, all of you. Come feel the heat of the Firestarter!
Lights within the arena are killed as static fills the sound system and “Alpha and Omega” by King 810 begins to play subsequently.
“Welcome to the truth
God made me in his image
Who the fuck made you?
You want my voice from me?
You can have it, just know
I sound like this because the Devil has my throat.”
From behind the curtain, Cyrus Riddle emerges. With a black bandana wrapped around his face and a Kylla custom hooded leather vest decorated in blood splatter with two switchblades going through his initials designed on the back, he stands firm and examines the crowd with all to be seen on his face being his gaze. He holds up two fingers to the crowd with his arms outstretched before making his walk to the ring.
Stephi Zucconi: Making his way to the ring, weighing in at 234 pounds and hailing from New York City by way of London, England. He is the The Impalerrrrr! CYYYYYRUUUUUUS RIIIIIIIIIIIIIDDLE!!!
Cyrus approaches the ring with a confidence in his steps, accompanied only by the subtle hints of methodical approach as if to be zeroed in on a victim.
“Bitch! I am the powers that be!
I am Christ crucified on the T!
I am the alphaaaaa!
And the omegaaaaa!”
Cyrus’ ascends the middle outside turnbuckle as the chorus begins to play, pulling the bandana from his face and throwing the hood backward only to mouth the next part in imitation of the lyrics.
“I'm the Messiah, the gnashing of teeth
No one meets death until they see me!
I am the Alphaaaaa! And the Omegaaaaa!”
His trademark smirk followed by a tongue glide along his bottom lip can be seen as he looks around the arena and jumps down to climb between the top and middle ropes. In the middle of the ring, he removes his vest slowly to reveal his heavily tattooed body and physique, not without that always evident bit of arrogance. He tosses the jacket over the side as Sarah charges at him. Wonderman Waldo calls for the bell.
Bob Fairchild: And we’re underway!
Sarah catches Riddle off guard with a series of kicks and strikes but Riddle blocks or deflects most. Sarah hits a front kick to the chest that stuns Riddle but he holds onto the leg. Riddle steps into Sarah and drops her with a short clothesline. Sarah pops back up quickly and gets hit with a European Uppercut. Riddle stuns Sarah with a second European Uppercut then a third and Sarah falls out through the ropes and out to the floor. The crowd pops as Riddle rolls out after her.
Kamryn: The action is hot already… and so is Cy… YUM!
Sarah crawls towards the railing as Riddle starts after her. Sarah comes up and spews red mist at Riddle but Riddle protects his eyes. Sarah then lands a kick to the knee and a palm strike to the chest. Riddle wipes the strike away as Sarah takes a step back. Riddle reaches for her as Waldo makes a very slow count.
1.
Sarah runs towards the steps as Riddle gives chase. She steps up on top the steps, stops and hits a Pele kick on Riddle. Riddle backs up against the railing as Sarah gets to her feet, grimacing as she rotates her shoulder.
Bob Fairchild: Lacklan got some separation there but might have separated a shoulder to do so.
Kamryn just groans as Sarah reaches over into the crowd, grabbing a sign from a fan.
2.
She runs at Riddle with the sign but Riddle dodges to the sign and Sarah clobbers a fan with the sign. The crowd pops as Sarah’s eyes light up and she smiles.
Kamryn: Never know when you might be part of the fun.
RIddle turns and hits a lariat to the back of the head of Sarah.
Bob Fairchild: Daydreamer by Riddle and he’s looking to capitalize!
Sarah hits the floor as Riddle wipes his hands. He walks back over to Sarah, lifts her to her feet. He presses Sarah above his head then throws her through the ropes and into the ring. He looks under the ring and pulls a chair from underneath.. He slides into the ring with it as Sarah rolls towards the far corner. He sets the chair up in the middle of the ring then walks over towards Sarah.
Kamryn: Bad intentions coming… though I have Perfect Intentions about the things I could do with him.
Bob Fairchild: Lord help us.
Riddle charges towards Sarah and lands a cannonball senton in the corner, smashing Sarah between his back and the turnbuckle. Sarah lies against the turnbuckle as Riddle gets to a knee and wipes his hands together. He slowly stands and takes a few steps back towards the chair. Sarah pulls herself up in the turnbuckle. Riddle charges for a Yakuza Kick but Sarah avoids the foot.
Kamryn: That would have sent Sarah’s head into Wilmington!
Sarah turns and hits a Corner Knee Strike to the back of RIddle. He stumbles back and Sarah hops up onto the second turnbuckle. She jumps off for a springboard back kick but Riddle catches her. He flips her around and starts for an STO, but Sarah counters into a near rear naked choke. Riddle rotates her around to face him then sets for a Dominator.
Bob Fairchild: Could we see Darkness Falls?
Riddle flips her up ready to drop her into a sit down piledriver but Sarah flips over his shoulder. She grabs him by the neck for a Dragon sleeper then falls backwards in a Reverse DDT onto the top edge of the chair! The crowd goes silent as Riddle crumbles to the mat.
Kamryn: The Abyss!!!
Sarah grabs a leg with both hands as Waldo slides in for a count.

3! Ring the Bell!!
Bob Fairchild: SARAH!!!
The bell rings as Sarah looks up at Waldo, holding three fingers. Waldo nods then checks on RIddle, who holds the back of his head.
Kamryn: Sarah fell Cy Riddle!
Bob Fairchild: Chair Assisted but it still counts.
Sarah rolls out of the ring and walks over to Kenzi at ringside. She holds up 1 finger as does Kenzi. They touch fingers as Waldo helps RIddle out of the ring as 'Back for More' by Five Finger Death Punch begins to play.
Stephi Zucconi: The next opponent… From Flint Michigan, weighing in at 155 pounds, Max Ironside!!!
Kamryn: And Here comes Max Ironside!
The crowd pops as the lights flash wildly enough to cause seizures and Max slowly walks out, his pace wildly different than his normal high energy pace with the chugging guitar. His eyes glare at Sarah and Kenzi as fans are tapping his shoulders and back along the ramp. Sarah glares at Max then slides into the ring.
Bob Fairchild: And out comes Max Ironside and the new Max is staring lasers at Sarah.
Max starts to slide into the ring but Sarah charges and goes for a basement drop kick. Max slides to the side as Waldo calls for the bell. Sarah slides out under the bottom rope and onto the floor. Max lands a couple of stomps then reaches down to grab Sarah. He pulls her up and smashes her head against the apron then rolls her into the ring.
Kamryn: Max has the right idea, gotta win here in the ring.
Max starts to follow her in but then looks under the ring and pulls out a kendo stick. Sarah gets to a knee, as a small cut across her nose bleeds. Max rolls in and gets to his feet quickly. Sarah touches her nose and sees the blood on her hand. She hops up and Max cracks her in the chest with a kendo stick shot.
Bob Fairchild: OUCH!!!
Sarah backpedals as Max swings again, barely connecting. He drops the kendo stick and drives a knee into the midsection. The crowd pops as Max holds up a fist then whips Sarah into the ropes. She comes of and Max hits a superkick into the chest of Sarah, dropping her to the mat.

Sarah holds her nose as Max looks at his bloody fist. He gets up to his feet and waits as Sarah shakes her head, sending blood everywhere. Sarah scrambles up to her feet, trying to find Max. Max waits as Sarah turns towards him. Max goes for a double kneebreaker to the arm but Sarah counters it. Max hits the mat, back first. Sarah pulls her arm away then hits a fist blatantly low on Max. The crowd boos as Sarah flips them off as Max rolls in pain, holding his groin.

Max rolls over onto his stomach, towards the ropes and Sarah, still bleeding, grabs his good arm. She drapes it across the bottom rope. She grabs the top, springboards off the middle rope and drops her weight down onto the shoulder of Max. She does it again then grabs the wrist, pulling up on it.

Sarah rolls backwards, flipping Max over with her then locks in a Fujiwara Armbar in the center of the ring. Max tries to kick loose from here as Waldo asks him to submit. Waldo asks again and Max says yes. Waldo calls for the bell as Sarah lets go.

Stephi Zucconi: From Tampa Florida, weighing at 223 pounds,. Chris Comet!!!

Kamryn: Can't say I blame him, I don't think anyone expected Sarah to get this far.

Jenn Drew walks out with a mix of cheers and boos from the crowd.
Stephi Zucconi: And their opponent, weighing in at 105 pounds, from Manchester England, the Puppet Mistress, Jenn Drew!!!

Bob Fairchild: I don’t think I’d be taking pictures when I’m trying to win a title but …
Kamryn: The only title you ever won was most like to be celibate.

Bob Fairchild: JENN!!!
Kamryn: Talk about some weird mojo. Jenn walks out and Sarah gets counted out after running the gauntlet.
Stephi Zucconi: And the Final Opponent...
The entire arena slowly fades to black as the audience excitedly awaits the entrance of "The Peoples GOAT". The drum beat and guitar solo start and a series of white and blue spotlights come up and pan the crowd. Mike Shinodas voice is heard on the speakers singing.
“Now here we go for the hundredth time,
hand grenade pins in every line,
throw ‘em up and let something shine,
going out of my fucking mind…
filthy mouth, no excuse,
find a new place to hang this noose,
string me up from atop these roofs,
high and tight so I won’t get loose.”
By now the fans are going wild and cheering as the spotlights slowly make their way to the top of the entrance ramp where a dim fog begins to form.
Stephi Zucconi: From Toronto, Ontario, Canada, weighing in at 222 pounds, James Raven!!!
“Truth is you can stop and stare,
rub myself out and no one cares,
dug the trench out and lay down there with a shovel up,
out of reach somewhere… yeah,
someone pouring in, make it a dirt glass floor again,
say your prayers and stomp it out when they bring that chorus in.”
The spotlights come together as one, and the fog fills the top of the ramp until the downbeat hits and a major blue and silver pyrotechnic display goes off and the rest of the arena lights turn up to full. When the smoke clears James Raven is seen on top of the ramp, his hands thrown up over his head and a huge smile on his face.
“I BLEED IT OUT!!! Diggin’ deeper just to throw it away, I BLEED IT OUT!!!”
James makes his way down the ramp, high fiving fans and posing for pictures with several of them until he reaches the base of the ramp. Then, he pauses for a few seconds and sprints for the ring, diving in under the bottom rope and sliding into the center of the mat on his hands and knees. He poses for a second, then gets up and runs for the turnbuckle, climbing up and posing yet again for the fans before doing a 360 degree spin off and doing the same on the opposite turnbuckle. Jenn watches as Raven glares up at her sitting on the turnbuckle.
Bob Fairchild: And we’re at the end of the Gauntlet with the two freshest people in the match.
Jenn hops down off the turnbuckle as Waldo looks over at Raven then calls for the bell. Jenn and Raven slowly walk towards each other, the size difference obvious to the naked eye. Jenn smiles then rakes the eyes. The crowd boos as Jenn rakes her nails across his chest then pushes Raven towards the corner. She lands a chop then a series of short kicks to the gut. She snapmares him over then lands a kick to the back that echoes in the Coliseum.

Raven holds his chest as blood drips from the scratches. Jenn slides under the ring as Waldo starts a ten count. Raven rolls to the outside and looks around the corner. He looks under the ring but doesn’t see anything. He walks around the corner and lifts the apron again . Spray from a Fire extinguisher erupts into a plume of white cloud as Jenn emerges from under the ring.
Bob Fairchild: Raven was Hot Like Fire but Jenn cooled him off.
Kamryn: Bobby, no more P!nk references please.
Raven backpedals and leans against the rail as Jenn empties the extinguisher. She heaves the empty item at Raven who dodges it and it hits a fan. The crowd pops as the fan laughs and holds up the extinguisher. Jenn steps up onto the apron, then jumps off hitting a corkscrew plancha on the partially blinded Raven. The two end up falling over the railing and into the front row.
Bob Fairchild: High flying offense from the Puppet Mistress!
Jenn grabs a drink and pours it on Raven, who sputters as the drink falls into his mouth. Jenn pulls up Raven and slams his head against the railing. Waldo slides out of the ring and asks them to get into the ring. Jenn thinks about then flips off Waldo and slams Raven’s head into the rail again.
Kamryn: Waldo’s #1 in her book.
Raven leans against the railing as Jenn looks around. A female fan hands her a steel chair. Jenn curtsies and takes the chair from the fan. She winds up to smash Raven but Raven avoids it and Jenn hits the steel railing. She drops the chair and shakes her hands as they vibrate from the metal on metal connection.
Bob Fairchild: Swing… and no hit for Jenn.
Raven grabs Jenn by the head and throws her over the rail into the ringside area. He steps over the rail as Jenn tries to crawl under the ring again. He stands on her ankle as she tries to scramble away. Raven pulls Jenn up into the air by her ankle then grabs her hand. He lifts up his smaller opponent and tosses her over the top rope and into the ring. Raven slides into the ring as Jenn turns to a seated position. She begs off as Raven gets up to his feet. She scoots backwards as Raven smiles and motions her to stand. Jenn kicks at his knee but misses. Raven grabs her by the hair and pulls her up. He whips her into the turnbuckle.
