It was going to be a rough weekend for Heidi. She had a match in Defiant and a match in SAP in the same day. She had to wrestle, jump on a plane, get to El Paso and wrestle again but she was ready for it. She wasn’t going to miss her Defiant match for the world. It was finally going to be just her and Patrick in the ring one on one. Nobody else and no excuses for him after she beat him in front of the world. It was going to be a great day. So she was going to fight in Worcester and fly to El Paso and win two matches if she could in one night. It was going to be a challenge but she liked a good challenge.
Heidi was sitting poolside in Vegas. Her brother had a match there and she was supporting him. Once he competed they were both heading out for her weekend of wrestling together but since she was poolside, with a virgin pina colado by her side and in a bikini she figured it was as good as any time to talk about Patrick and his last match in DWF. She flipped her phone on, set it up in front of her and started to record with a bit of a smile on her face. She was excited about what was coming up and felt like her future was bright.
HEIDI THOMPSON This is it.
The end of Patrick. I’m not saying that because I’m going to beat him so bad he’ll leave…. Even if that would probably be true. But this is the end of Patrick because after this match he is retiring. He is hanging up his boots for good and leaving DWF or at least that is what he told me.
I think that also goes into the main reason I’ve never liked Patrick too, he doesn’t care. He was never a wrestler. It was never his passion. Look at his Twitter bio and he doesn’t even mention being a wrestler or being in DWF at all. Instead of talks about being a reporter and an interviewer because that is what he cares about more. He never had the passion for being in this ring and I take offense to that. It pisses me off that some guy is in the DWF ring that doesn’t care about it.
He could care less about winning or losing. He just wants to be shirtless in a ring to impress some bimbos he met on Twitter or at the hotel lobby. You know he is picking up some sleazy ring rats after the show. That is what he does, people. He is a man whore. A man whore who does not care about being a wrestler at all. I honestly don’t care who he is hitting on or who he is sleeping with. I don’t want to know and the thought of his ginger ass boning some chick makes me sick to my stomach.
But it is insulting that he is coming to MY ring and acting like he belongs there when he doesn’t give a shit about wrestling. He is a fake and a fraud. Each time he steps in the ring he is taking a chance from someone else out there who could have been in his spot living their dream instead. Why is he even pretending to be a wrestler? I don’t get it. Is it for girls or for money or trying to make himself famous? I’m not sure honestly but in the end he is going to leave this business on his back.
That isn’t some idle threat either. That is a fact. I’m going to beat Patrick. I’m going to get inside the DWF ring with him and I’m going to beat him until he either breaks or taps out. Either way is fine with me. I mean I would love to make him tap out but I’ll take the victory any way I can.
Heidi paused for a second, a bit of a smirk on her face as she brushed some of her hair out of her face and adjusted in her chair. She took a sip and leaned back, crossing her legs. She wanted to seem relaxed about her big match even if she was a bit nervous deep down about blowing it.
HEIDI THOMPSON They are labeling this a grudge match because me and Patrick have gone back and forth since DWF began but unlike Patrick I’ll still be inside the DWF ring week in and week out after this grudge is over. Patrick will be packing his shit and leaving when it is done or he’ll be leaving on a stretcher and someone else will have to pack his shit for him. In this little feud we’ve had I’ve gotten wins over him and he got a win over me. We’ve gone back and forth but this is the first time it was just us. Nobody else will be in the ring and I will prove to the world why I’m a DWF wrestler and he is just some interviewer for some other company.
Of course I haven’t brought up the fact that he also ruined my chances at being the DWF Champion too. He felt the need to poke his nose into my match contender match with Max Ironside and instead of me getting a chance to win it one on one he joined in with his buddy Nora and in the end Patrick got pinned by Max and allowed him a title shot. Patrick got pinned by Max which caused me NOT to get a shot at the championship. He buys into a match and blows it so hard he screws me over.
Let’s talk about his victory over me too… The victory that Nora actually won. He didn’t pin me, Nora did because Nora is a real wrestler. She belongs in DWF, even if I don’t like her I can admit that. She’s the one who was able to beat me and I’ve beaten her. Nora is a tough opponent, not Patrick. He was riding on her coattails during that match because she is a real competitor. I feel bad for Nora being friends with a parasite like Patrick who is trying to use her abilities to make a name for himself. Thankfully he is gone and I hope to God that Nora can forget about him and focus on herself because he is dragging her down.
In fact Patrick’s non-caring attitude and annoying persona are bringing DWF down in general. He is a cancer to this promotion. He doesn’t try to hype up matches. He never even mentions the promotion. He doesn’t care about improving in the ring. He is just a cancer slowly killing DWF because he doesn’t belong inside it. He tried to be a wrestler and he failed and it is time he left. I am happy to be the one who kicks his ass and chases him away from DWF’s ring for good too. He doesn’t have the heart for it and I think that was clear to anyone who saw him compete.
So Patrick, act like you don’t care or act like you are a bad ass or act however you want, because in the end your annoying attitude and your smug face won’t save you. You’ve never stepped into the ring with me one on one. You have no idea what I’m really capable of doing. This isn’t a tag match or some multiple person shit storm, this is just you and me. There is nowhere to run and nowhere to hide. This little feud we’ve had ends once and for all in El Paso and even though the show is named Resurrection… Your wrestling career will be dead with no hope of coming back when it is over.
In a way I am helping you out, Patrick. I am going to beat you so badly that people won’t expect you to ever step foot in the ring again as a competitor. I’m just making your transition a bit easier for you. You can thank me when it is all said and done too. I’m doing you a huge favor, Patty.
I mean the guy identifies himself as a starfish from SpongeBob who is mentally handicap. Do you seriously think that is going to intimidate me or make me worried about losing? I don’t think so. In the end my fans will be chanting “Heidi’s Gonna Kill You!” and you’ll look across from me and you’ll realize it’s over, Patrick. You’ll realize you can’t beat me and you are only going to be fighting for survival.
It is over for Patrick at Resurrection.
Heidi winks at the camera before leaning forward and stopping the recording. She smiled a bit, letting out a sigh, happy that it was over with. Talking was the annoying part, she just wanted to get in the ring. It seemed like too long since she fought Coral and she was getting antsy. She closed her eyes for a second, relaxing when she suddenly noticed a shadow blocking the sun.
ETHAN THOMPSON Whatcha up to, kiddo?
Her brother Ethan was standing there, his gym bag on his shoulder and was carrying her ring gear in his other hand.
HEIDI THOMPSON I was supposed to meet you in the gym to work out, right?
ETHAN THOMPSON Bingo. I grabbed your stuff from the room though. We need to work on cardio if you are going to do two matches in one night.
HEIDI THOMPSON Shit... Sorry. I'm probably going to burn if I sit out here anymore anyways.
She jumped up and grabbed her phone and purse. She really did need to train and one thing Ethan would not do was go easy on her when training. He would make sure she was ready for anything and sometimes she needed that kick in the ass too. The siblings headed off, both of them had to prepare for their own battles coming up. Heidi just had to be at her best to kill a starfish.
